Simple but it takes a long time to dry.

I made a simple cherry leather and mashed bananas for the filling. Yum. I ate over a lb of cherries in one sitting. Wow! I think that is interesting :)

It took a long time to dry and only 5 minutes to eat. Defidently a must try.

My dehydrator should be coming any day now... can't wait...

I am from Northwest Ohio, and we always get Northern Michigan Black Cherries in July. These are to die for. They are the best cherries in the whole world! Did you make this out of the sweet bing cherry? The only ones I have seen so far are from Washington state. Good, but not as good as the North Michigan ones. There will be an abundance of them here soon. So I gotta make some fruit leathers with them!

Looks yumm! I made something similar a few months ago using berries rather, and stuffed with the same mashed banana...I think there is a pic of it here somewhere on the boards...I especially love fruit leather with mashed banana...
