Got Feezing tips?

It's ice, ice and more ice that "smells" its way to my raw stuff that goes into the freezer like ice cream. I put the ice cream in zip lock bag and there comes the ice on top. I put saran wrap on top, and there comes the ice.

I want to make some entrees up in dehydrator and perhaps store some, but concerned about the ice. I don't have this problem with nuts or flat breads/crackers that probably don't need freezer either. I don't use containers with tops however.
