I've seen quite a few people on this board (myself included) mentioning that they avoid eating nuts for a variety of reasons....cost, allergies, lack of availability, etc.
So, I think we need a thread reserved only for nut-free recipes. Post yours; pictures optional. Recipes with seeds are welcome!
