Hi there! I wonder if anyone has tried Salba (white chia seeds) in any of Alissa's recipes (or any other raw recipes)? I ground two T. of Salba this morning, soaked it a bit and then added it to that incredible banana cream pie recipe from Ann Wigmore (adapted by Alissa) - it was incredible. It's tasteless, but it put such great structure into the pie!

I prefer buying chia, salba is a sort of patented chia seeds and I'm against anyone trying to claim they own a part of nature, so I buy it from the honest people selling real chia seeds.
Did you know the human DNA is patented and owned by a company? That means everyone that has a baby is commiting patent violation and could be arrested for it.
