I'm having celery sticks with "cheddar cheese" dip, a mixed green salad, and probably some of the raw chocolate/nut candy that I made. BTW, the addition of a little salt to this makes it taste like a choco-covered pretzel! YUM.

undecided, but I'am with you, nothing to complicated. It's hard to eat this way. More time consuming..

I generally eat my main meal "dinner" at lunch time. Today I had angel hair zucchini wtih pesto. Yum. Very filling. I'll probably just snack on fruit the rest of the day/eve.

They are good. I'm just working on wrappers. I've got my daughter eating non-fried rolls but I use traditional rice wrappers with hers. I soak them until soft in water with a little Liquid Aminos. Then I roll them up with the same fillings I use in mine. Hers look fabulous. Mine fall apart. So far I've tried cabbage, collard greens with the hard stem cut out and chard and am not as impressed. Tonight I think I will try lettuce leaves from my one head lettuce in my garden. I saw some beautiful cabbage rolls on someone's raw site and I wonder what her secret is! Does she wilt the leaves first?

I had guacamole, baby carrots, and corn chips (Alissa's recipe). Looks like it's easy dinner night.

:D Oh, my, gosh these all sound so yummy!
Hey, when I make spring rolls I use Jicama. I take my spiral slicer and shave thin slices. I overlay the ends of two pieces and wrap. I'll try to find a picture and post it to my blog. ;) These are excellent.
I stuff mine with cabbage, carrot, red pepper and avo. Yummm. Bragg's aminos or Nama Shoyu for dipping sauce. Excellent!

Homemade salsa, guacamole, and a hybrid of the jalapeno burger and walnut taco recipes over sliced romaine with a lime/olive oil dressing. Mr.Liza gets the walnut taco meat in a quesadilla, with the salsa and guac for dipping.
