Dr. Schulze cleanses

Some I know recommended I do the Dr. Schulze liver detox and kidney detox. Has any one tried these? How was the experience? Any recommendations?

I personally do not "do" cleanses, except what eating 100% raw and pretty much following Alissa's philosophy on this. Nature knows what it needs to do to my body.

I (personally, again), do not think cleanses are the most comforting, natural way of converting. When one goes from eating SAD/CRAP to fasting, cleansing, etc. - that is VERY harsh on the system.

I say just eat 100% raw. You'll be fine.

Alissa has a post regarding a liver cleanse on this Forum in the "Need to Know more about raw" so I didn't think she was against doing cleanses. The one in her thread sounds kind of harsh.
