This weekend September 5, 6, 7, there will be a raw food festival here in Ottawa. This is FREE and many great speak will be there, such Victoria Butenko, Matt Monarch, Ann Wigmore's representative and so many more

There is a pie / desert contest and you can win a Vitamix or Excalibur.
THIS IS FREE ADMISSION and there will be a movie festival too.
