So, I'm going to visit my parents in a few weeks - they live in a small town in Indiana where healthy food is not a priority for most people. My parents are the exception and eat pretty healthy. Since I went Raw, my dad has been trying to put more raw into his diet - so he's all excited for me to make food for him.
Now I just have to figure out what to make since my meals are usually just snacks since i live alone. they have a cuisinart and a Jack LaLane juicer...
Any suggestions for recipes for entrees that don't take a ton of time and are actually filling?

Any chance they have a blender and/or the possiblity you might be able to bring one? If so, Lucy's now famous two words: green smoothies!
