Tomatoes are getting cheaper 39 cents a pound.

I would love to have a sweet tomato dish.
Has anyone ever made anything like that?
I can't think of anything but tomato chunks with honey, can someone please help me with some ideas:D

I am sure the Industry has not recovered from the Scare of eccoli and they just want to sell some Tomatoes, which is a Good Thing.

You can Always, dehydrate them until you find a Recipe you like. Also you can have Cheap Tomatoes and plenty of them, when the Price goes up......In Joy.

39 cents a pound??!!! Wow, I just got some at 1.50 a pound and I thought that was really cheap! They're usually 3 or 4 bucks a pound around me.

Sorry---I've never made a sweet tomato dish! Sounds very interesting though!
