Hi,
I didn't see this posted yet, so here goes:
This is the exercise challenge for Sept. - state your goals - or just post your movement as you go.
Who's with me?? :D

My goals for the Sept. challenge:
To decrease my "rest" days this month (July I had 7, Aug. I had 11) - this month my goal is 6 or less! :D
I would also like to increase my workout time - when possible.
So, to start the month off right I just got done doing:
Turbo Sculpt - 40 min
Turbo Abs - 20 min
I am sweating my butt off! It is 87 outside & 88 in my house!!
Detox, release those toxins!!!

No specific goal, just to be doing SOMETHING every day. Easy for me, my golden boy Max wants his loooooong walk every day. We are always gone at least 30-45 minutes, either along the river where he gets to go swimming, or up-hill, down-hill through the woods. It's good to live in paradise! Then there's also my rebounder, which I love to bounce on.:)

with eating a raw diet, is it actually ok to work out everyday, (hard wkout) and not feel like you're gonna pass out, from no food it your system...
this is my first time with the challegne, and I like to wkout. biking walking , jogging, taebo.... ect. you get it..
do you wkout on a smoothie in the A.M.
Open to some feed back, I'am not being sarcastic in anyway!!!
Just wondering.

Hey Chippy - I actually have MORE energy to push myself in the workout area being raw - than when I was SAD. You are not limited to the amount of food you need to function on this lifestyle - give it a go & see how you feel! :D
My workout today - 1 hr teaching/doing yoga - kind of pushed them a little today since I had a small class & a little bit more time.
I can defenitely feel my workout from yesterday - go Turbo Jam!

Max and I went on the customary walk (he also swam). I also got a work out giving the monster a bath. This afternoon I got on the rebounder for 15 minutes, and might just do it again in a while.
Went to the gym earlier today and did a total conditioning class. I am very sore now. It was a really hard class. I will be surpised if I can move tomorrow!

Today I worked out at the gym. I am extremely sore from yesterday’s workout and had to really push myself today to work out. It is my favorite class cause she uses a double step and she keeps it moving. Very fast paced and challenging. You really have to listen closely to the cues.

My goal is to hit the gym a few times a week for about an hour. I work full time and go to school 20 hours a week, so if it weren't for that I would dedicate much more time to working out. I actually have the desire these days, I just don't have the time :( Once I am done with school I will definently be a lot more active.
Today’s exercise: 40 minutes
30 minutes on the stairmaster
5 minutes of abs
5 minutes inner thighs

Today, gym and my Turbo Kickboxing class turned into a high impact fun aerobic class with my teacher gone today but sub present.
one hour cardio for this class.
It was so much fun and I was responding super well with my hamstring injury too. Love it.
Then 30 minutes of weight training cause I was rushed from my normal 45 minutes to 60.
Had to leave before thrift store closed. Went hunting for exercise wear and found nothing!
I work out 5-6x per week but don't always post here.

Morn,
I workout at 24 Hour Fitness. They are online and have many gyms nationwide and also some internationally. I always had great instructors in all the classes I have taken. Used to be a Bally fan, but quite a difference. I wouldn't go back to a Bally's ever. I was with Bally's about 25 years--I know they changed their name along the way, but still no comparison to my love for 24 hour.
Today:
Turbo kickboxing, 1 hour

I am going to join in here for accountability purposes :D
I want to exercise for 15 minutes every day. I have a Gazelle-thing at home that I use yet, since the weather is getting cooler, I want to also walk outside.
The first week I did 6 out of 7 days ... which isn't bad since I had just started
This week, so far, I have exercised every day :D
Yesterday's exercise: 30 minutes on the elliptical machine - felt like I was getting dizzy and disoriented so I finished up and left the gym. I know it was because I was fasting and felt weak so I listened to my body and stopped.
Today is day five of my fast I worked out at the gym and did a kickboxing class and yoga class and felt great afterwards. Extremely relaxed!
Today’s exercise: 1 hour and 45 minutes
45 minutes of cardio kickboxing
1 hour of yoga

Morn,
When I joined Bally's under different name about 25 years ago, membership cheap; they closed shop and moved their club. I had to rejoin that club if I wanted to use other clubs they own which I did. I think that was $1,000+ for that. Then my membership was supposed to stay at think $7-9 per month, can't remember, but kept going up. Last year I got tired of it going up one too many times and for $156, then year it probably would have been $165+ so I dropped them. With 24 hour, 5 free training sessions, 50 minutes believe, 3 years membership to all clubs except ULTRA, then $29 renewal starting year 4. I'm super pleased with the club too.
Tonight may be quick exercise deal. I have taken off one day already this week, my normal, but tonight we have a rawluck. If I don't eat much, then I am good to workout as I am not going to be going crazy, but some cardio maybe and some upper body and maybe if time permits sauna. Tomorrow Turbo kick early in AM for hour then tomorrow night continue with weights I believe. Yesterday Turbo class for 30 minutes, not long enough, then 15 min. bike, then legs. Just checking in for my latest updates. Not sure if I posted yesterday and if so, it's twice as sweet reflecting.

I did 15 minutes on the gazelle both Saturday and Sunday ... so that was 7 out of 7 days!
I had hoped to have a bigger weight loss yet I know I've lost inches because everything is a lot looser :D
Today I won't be getting home until real late so I brought my tennis shoes to work with me and plan to walk around the building for 15 minutes. It's not raining and is quite cool so it will be a refreshing walk :)

Yesterday I did walk around the building for 15 minutes and today I will do the same.
Walking on pavement is a lot different than using the gazelle, the gazelle is just a back and forth movement ... it is good to be doing something different and I will continue to walk outside as long as the weather cooperates. Nice and sunny out today and still comfortably cool :D

Sunday & Monday also turned into "rest days" - my body - especially my feet really needed a break - the outside edge of my left foot has been hurting for the last couple weeks - I think it might be from doing the Leslie Sansone dvds without shoes on. She does a side step & I can feel it hurt when I try to do that motion. From now on I will exercise with my shoes!
Last night I taught a yoga class for one - it was nice. We really focused on proper form & what you should be feeling - I am going to try to remind everyone of that in up coming classes - it will be a good refresher course.
So, to meet my goal this month - I can only have 1 more "rest day" - there are 14 days left for this challenge!
You guys are doing GREAT!!

Today I called it a day of rest since I never got to the gym. I take off 1-2 days weekly so this is the one to start. Tomorrow, Friday, no slacking and must do it during the day as busy tomorrow night and chiro. during day, so will have a gym near by to get workout in.
Oh, I'm so excited. You know I love Turbo Kickbox. Next Sat., 287th, Turbo at the gym near my house, then in evening have a 45 minute drive for another Turbo class at their own gym. Each class 90 minutes. So 180 minutes at killer pace next week is a real fun experience I am looking forward to.

Today I went to the gym, went to a parents meeting at school, and shopped for a new pair of jeans. I think I finally found a pair that look good on me. I have been on the hunt for awhile and most of the clothes I buy are always cause I got a good deal. It is funny cause as I was coming down in size I was just happier to fit in smaller sizes and I wasn’t too picky about how my clothes looked and now I am determined to only buy what looks good on me. I realize that just because something is a deal, if your not going to wear it cause of the way it looks on you – it isn’t much of a deal at all. My latest realization! Foods eaten:
