I used the long weekend to stock up on goodies.
The light is not very good but there's a nut brittle/granola thing, fudge cookies and brownies:D

You're certainly more motivated than me to prepare food. I usually blend or chop and stick it in my mouth:D

I ate too much today and got a tummy ache=)

My daughter eats alot of it, now that I am better at making things. The cookies in the pic were a huge hit and I had to hide them:D

The granola is something I am working on to sell or I would share the recipe. I make a new batch every 5 days or so as I am working on it so we eat alot of it.

I am trying to come up with snacks so I don't eat SAD crap. and also have something other than cliff bars for her lunch. She is still young enough to think my homemade stuff is cool=)

I also made 2 kinds of energy bars, some crackers, some peach fruit leather, made a few jars of juice to freeze for my workweek, and froze a few bags of sliced fruit for this winter. All in all, a productive weekend:p
