So far it's just been day one and I didn't think it would be this bad. I assumed it would be ok since I am vegetarian and I am use to it but today is hell. My headache is awful and I feel like I want to faint. I am thankful for my moms support she fed me fruits I ate a bowl of baby carrots and I am about to eat a nice salad.

I feel so sick I am guessing my body is purging from all the soy products I have eaten so much. I feel dizzy but not to the point where I will lose my will power. I have been watching movies all day since it's my off day and I have been trying to occupy my mind away from vegetarian processed food. I haven't eaten any fats, I don't crave them. I am drinking loads of water I feel so sick.

How does one deal with it? How long will my detox last? I am sure that it's ok to keep eating all day as long as it's raw food. I just don't like this hungry feeling above my stomach. It's a different type of hungry I have to deal with :(

One word...

ENEMA!

LOL! But seriously, that's what helped me...helping those bowels move to move those toxins OUT of your body.

Don't want to do enemas? Try this instead (click here) (http://eatlivingfood.com/recommends/oxypowder) (may also wish to view this thread: http://rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=43674&highlight=oxypowder)

Of course overtime you will not need such things as enemas, etc. as raw will do it naturally...but sometimes you need a little help and there's nothing wrong with that.

For the constant hunger, your body will feel that way because it's used to cooked food, processed (vegetarian) food, etc. If you feel the need, just eat more but it's a detox/withdrawal reaction.

Feel better soon!
