I've never done a cleanse. The "biggest" thing I've done is fast for 34 days. I certainly felt better, but I have always felt some kind of energy/health blockage in my digestive area, even after fasting. I'm thinking of doing the intestinal cleanse, but at $300 bucks-I'd like some testimonies first.
So any EJUVA brothas or sistahs want to share their exp? (one thing I'm really concerned about is how often one finds their behind in the bathroom? I don't have access to a bathroom for a few hours in the mid morning.....)
