Recipes using Coconut flour?

Does anyone have any recipes for using raw coconut flour? I have some and i am wondering what to do with it.

Does anyone know how it is processed? I used to love using it (Bob's Red Mill) in cookies and cakes before raw... I'm afraid to buy it now because it's 5.70 a bag and may be heat treated.
