Raw since 4/28/08 - progress!

Though I have yet to go 100% raw for more than a week at a time, I have maintained a wonderful 75-90% raw for the last four months... and I have seen progress! Both internally AND externally!

AFTER 4 MONTHS RAW - one photoshoot tells all...

NOTE: I was on my monthly cycle when this photoshoot was rolling, and was "feeling bloated" - do I look bloated? Scroll through the other pics and you decide. *laughs* Not especially! ;) Also, my skin has NOT been airbrushed to death in these pics! In fact, he showed me the instant replay of the photo shoot, and he has done VERY little editing to achieve the lighting effects!

I naturally have that healthy glow right now, and am literally wearing ONE-LAYER of SHEER mineral powder!!! Not only is my skin really this lustrous in tone (even WITHOUT makeup) but it's SMOOTH - clear of blemishes 90% of the time!

I LOVE RAW!!!

It's helping me build my modeling/performance career! :D

I look ALOT different than before raw!!!

I can't get my computer to upload the BEFORE pics right now, though... I need to find a new free server for the images. *growls*

Before, my skin was pasty and got alot of acne around the neck/jawline. Also, before I was anorexic-looking and not that filled-out, healthy slender that I am now... even a year ago, when I was NOT anorexic, I still had the pasty skin and bad complexion. I used to HAVE to wear makeup just to control my appearance and make myself look SLIGHTLY okay (laughs)... now I can get away with NO makeup on an average day, and even for a pro-photo shoot like those pics, I only need ONE layer of sheer mineral powder (that's basically nothing).

Internally, the changes are amazing. I have more energy AND stamina, and I get fewer headaches and they're usually detox-related now. I also don't have any knee pain on raw!!!! After a few years of almost constant knee pain, it's WONDERFUL to be releasing some of the toxins from my arthritis. :)

And the list goes on....!
