If you only had 3 staples of fruits and veggies, what would they be?

For me, Bananas, Oranges, and Spinach.

For me it would be Persimmons (addicted to these things! in a good way;)) fresh cherries, and dulse.

Ahh, you gotta try them...UBER yummy!, best when they are orange and firm, when they start to darken/soften they are over ripe. Hope you find some soon!:)

What I love most about raw is variety. However, if I could only pick three . . . they'd be sun gold cherry tomatoes, lucinato kale, and figs. *sigh* I wish I could throw avocado into the list, too, but that would make four.

I couldn't do it. Even my favorites would be no good very quickly.

I don't even like watermelon right now because I had so much this summer. My body says NO MORE WATERMELON.

My most favorite three would turn into the least within days. What a sad predicament that would be.

At the moment, I do love me my blueberries, blackberries and hmmmm nectarines. BUT the blueberries and blackberries have been missing from the market this week, so that's the only reason they're so high on the list!

Baby spinach, cucumber and tomatoes (cherry or campari). Those are my everyday basic stuff.

If I could add 1 more, would probably be lime.

Inca ~ Persimmons are widely eaten in Brazil. I grew up on them and haven't eaten one in ages! :( Soooo good when ripe.... *drools*

It would have to be carrots, apple, and dark leafy greens made into juice...but it would be awfully boring in the long run.

Hawaiian applebananas

What the heck is that?

Yeah, if I was in Hawaii I would be all over coconuts, bananas, and sea-veggies. You are SOOO lucky.

Agreed. I love the beauty of the New England seasons . . . sadly, we don't have tropical fruity goodness. Though I'm sure I would miss the native raspberries, blueberries, tomatoes, spring greens and apples if I were in Hawaii.

Avocados are my #1. The others are harder. Cucumbers and Tomatoes would round it out.

Cucumbers, heirloom tomatoes and avocados chopped up with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Now I could live on that!
