I don't get it i posted a thread saying that i had been eatting a raw food diet with alot of fats(kind like what alissa recommends) but didn't get any results and now i'm thinking about doing some thing like Dr. Douglas Graham rcommends low fat and my thread got taken down.

Then i see other threads like David Wolfe eatting ants which has even less to do with any thing. Raw Food is supposed to be about helping people not buying into what only one person has to sayfor that person's profits

So again what do you people think of Graham and his diet.

You have to understand that, although this forum's intent is to have people support each other, it is nevertheless hosted (websites and hosting cost money!) by the author of a raw nutrition book. If you read the posts at the top of the forum page, you will see what the rules are for posting here. There is nothing wrong with eating whatever you like, but this IS Alissa Cohen's Forum. Let's appreciate her generosity. I know we talk about other people, and nobody says we can't, but if you want to discuss another nutritionist's/author's diet, it's best you find their website/forum and do it there.:)

I think the david wolfe thread started as a B12 talk , then morphed into a discussion of him as a human- not his diet against Alissa's- now its a metaphysics talk that has nothing to do with the original post...and its a great metaphysics debate, might I add:D

The folks are just mentioning that the forum is for folks to discuss the raw food diet but not debate 80/10 or eating meat whatever cuz its not why this forum was set up. That's all=)

While the "ant" thread may not have anything directly to do wtih Alissa's diet, ant eating wasn't being promoted in the thread - more of an interesting FYI, gee isn't that unusual.

Whereas talking about the 811 diet is a whole different philosophy (with books) that conflicts with the diet on this list.

Now, if a new author started a raw "ant eating" diet (with book), and someone posted a thread suggesting it be tried, I suspect it would get removed as well.
