i've been adding sprouted mung beans, lentils and chick peas to salads. yummy. this has helped so much with keeping me fuller for a longer time.

i've been thinking about adding sprouted grains such as barley and soft wheat as well. i'm hoping that they will mix to become a complete protein in the body. ground flax would be my fat source.

is there any disadvantages to eating sprouted grains? how's the digestion? and the advantages too.
