Next week i'll be lunching with someone who loves to go to Olive Garden and she wants to eat there a couple of times a week.
Has anyone found a way to eat raw at this and other resturants?
I of course can eat before i go but they will expect me to eat something with them.
Please help me.

That's right, they have unlimited soup and salad. Get the salad, skip the soup and the bread sticks. I normally get their oil and vinegar dressing. I love Olive Garden's salad. It's always fresh and I can eat two huge bowls all by myself!:D

You could discreetly bring in a small container of your own dressing and a few things to dress it up like avocado, raisins, whatever.

I'm a caretaker to senior citizens too. I'm not allowed to bring green smoothies into their home. It upsets them

I love what i do.
What types of things do you do for them?
I just started a couple of weeks ago.
What is it about green smoothies that upset them?
Oh, i just thought about it.

Can't you leave it in your car and go drink it there. How can they tell you what you can bring for Lunch. I can understand if you were making it there. Sometimes you have to Speak up for Yourself or people will run all over you, especially Seniors........and this is no disrespect.
