At the time I am writing this post, I don't know who I am addressing. However, I know this: you are on a health-related board. You are either searching to better yourself or you are in the process of doing just that.

Whoever you are, I am proud of you. It doesn't matter if you've been raw for sixteen years or sixteen minutes. It doesn't matter how many times you've "fallen off the wagon." What matters is this:

You are a beautiful person. Take care of your spirit, your body, your loved ones, yourself. You deserve all the health, all the happiness in the world. Never let anyone, especially that little voice in your head, tell you otherwise.

It's so easy to forget to love and respect ourselves on a continuous basis even though we make mistakes so thank you very much for reminding us!
