pre-liver cleanse

I see you're supposed to drink a liter of apple juice a day... wondering if anyone did this part of it and, if so, did you juice your own apple juice or did you buy it? how many apples does it take to make a liter??

I recommend that you check out other liver cleanses. The liver is nothing to mess around with. There are a few very good doctors with their versions of liver cleanses that also tell you EXACTLY what can go wrong and how to prevent problems.
