Who here made them and are they good? I'm a bit skeptical (apricots in chocolate chips?) and with all that soaking of different lenghts of time it seems complicated, I'm normally repulsed by recipes that require pre soaking, and especially if it's different amount of times, but I have a feeling these may be worth it.
Would it be ok to soak everything for 4 hours to make things easier?
Thanks

I made them as instructed and they turned out just fine! :)

Well I finally had the courage to make these (but soaked all appricots for 4 hours instead of some for 2 and some for 4, and used fresh dates rather than soaked raisins in the dough), they are in the dehydrator right now. I doubt I'll make them often as it took me 30-40 minutes, I normally don't do anything that takes more than 10 minutes.

Well I had one and even after about 16 hours of dehydrating I think they could stay in there a bit longer but the cookies are very good. I'll be working on a simpler version though because 40 minutes to make a recipe is very long for me. By the way my chocolate chips are nearly the size of golf balls lol.
