I was just checking because I saw you numbers next to your items. I assumed that it was just numbering and not actually how many you were eating. I like raw crunch bars also however 6 is obviously way tooooo many! LOL! It seems as though you are eating well. I do believe the detox will work itself out! Stick with it!

It'll last as long as it lasts. Be thankful your body can and is doing it's job.

How long were you a smoker? Hang in there, think of all that built up, 4 days is naught in comparison.
And hey 4 days~ WAY TO GO!
Cheers to you~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

sounds like you could use some digestive enzymes and / or a colonic!

I know it sounds gross but it sounds like you are all clogged up and detoxing at the same time.

ADD MORE WATER WATER WATER.

Talk with "askcassyfirst" she is a wiz about detoxing.

sneezing, runny nose...sounds like a respiratory system trying to clean itself out to ME! :D Let it happen, don't suppress it or you'll be going through it again later (possibly worse)!

I know it's been said before but drink lots of WATER right now! Eat LOTS of juicy fruits oranges, peaches, watermelon and cantaloupe etc... This will help put extra fluid in your system to help flush out the mucus. Another good drink is Lemon(fresh squeezed) water with a dash of cayenne pepper in it.

REST and drink and relax into the detox.

Love,
Angie

You wont believe what your lungs need to clear out when you quit smoking, think 7 years of residue.
Just think to yourself, how your lungs are rebuilding, cleaning house with the best of all materials and what a huge, huge difference this will make in how you feel. And bless it. You are doing an incredible thing and I am proud of you. An inspiration you are~hang in there and let us know how it goes.
You can do this! Yeah you!

Hi vixana,

Good for you for quitting smoking. I am going on my 5th month as a non-smoker (I smoked for 17 years). It is the greatest accomplishment of my life. There are some things you can do to make your transition easier.

Those coffee stirrer straws really help for the oral fixation- you just chew on them.

if you think of smoking, picture yourself sucking an exhaust pipe on a car, it is basically the same thing. Also keep yourself busy, busy, busy.

For the mucous- try drinking lemon water or you can even juice up some ginger and lemon, bottle and refridgerate. Add a dash to water when you feel like having it.

IF you feel yourself stressing out, take a shower, stretch, take a walk, anything.

Also you can check out www.tapintoheaven.com which has some energy psychology techniques. They worked for me.

Good luck,

Angelique

congrats for givin up the cancer sticks!!!! :D your body and skin WILL thank you. you ARE detoxing now and do not get discuoraged. ride it out girl. you i can tell you now you arn't eating enough. you need to fuel your body properly. i found that soaking the raw nuts makes a HUGE difference for me. you release the enzymes that lie dormant. i eat an avocado everyday along with nuts, fruits, and i only have grains if i sprout them...... which is kinda fun watchin them lil' suckers grow. just keep up the good work, feed your body and the weight comes off. that green stuff is awsome in a smoothie!
hugs,
heather

I didn't want to do a thread about this when there was one.
I'm having the same symptoms while on Dr. Natura Colonix. I'm sneezing like nobody's business!!! I have a runny nose and any movement I'm sweating like I've never before in my life, I Never sweat even when working out. I must be detoxing!!!! This is a trip! Anyone else noticing this??

Thanks because I ate tonight, for some odd reason I had to break my fast and I'm looking slimmer, but the food had to come into play with these symptoms.
