And it's EXTREMELY simple!
Take a bowl. Add agave, coconut oil, and cacao powder. Mix. There you have it! Mmmm! I ate a bowl of this at 1:00 AM!

In what proportions are the ingredients?
Thick

even easier is stirring cacao into honey (not sure if agave would do it havent tried)
at first it seems that they arent going to combine..then the honey absorbs the cocoa and it is so shiny, thick and delicious=) Very, very much like milk chocolate to me.

same ? to you, thick. What proportions of each ingredient?
Yogini -- I find that equal portions of either cacao powder or carob powder + melted coconut oil/coconut butter/cacao butter works really well for anything chocolatey (sauce or otherwise). Plus, I add a touch of agave and usually a vanilla bean. Mmmm. More agave if you have a sweet tooth! (Then it would be wise to use a bit less of the oil/butter to balance it out).

Proportions are really up to you! It depends what you like - I didn't measure.

wow - if I did this I'd make it bittersweet, as that's the only kind of chocolate flavor I like - not a milk chocolate-y kind of fan here, as that's too sweet for me.

You guys just made me think of a great idea to appease my SAD addicted husband! Raw peanut butter cups!
I could probably find a candy mold, line the bottom with the amazing chocolate sauce, then freeze. As soon as it's set fill it with almond butter, then pour the rest of the chocolate sauce to the top and freeze again. If these will satisfy my husband's cravings then I'll jump for joy. ;)

Well, bad news...I just tried making a candy bar with this recipe, only I had to substitute cacao for carob...and the consistency was completely different =/ I hope the bar turns out okay...

So the carob powder didn't work as well...but when I finally bought cacao powder and made this again, I froze it, and...WOW! Oh my goodness, was it amazing!

Is this what I would I need to drip strawberries in and then freeze the berries and sauce together for a while? How long?
I may have my pound local order of cacao powder $16 tonight at rawluck and may meet Kim there from our group here too. Not sure if Iwill keep the whole pound or sell 1/2 to local raw friend.

It only takes a few minutes...5-7...for the sauce to freeze. I poured it into a muffin pan to make a chocolate cup type thing. I think strawberries dipped in it would taste GREAT.
