I noticed there are some foods I don't like as is like avocado or walnuts, but for example I eat about 3000 calories of walnuts every day even though I don't like them as is. I eat walnuts in milkshakes, mock salmon/burgers etc. and with the other flavors I can't taste the walnuts.

Does anyone else have foods like this they don't like as is but still eat regularly in recipes?

Yep. I don't like celery, but love it in soups & juices. There are many veggies I don't enjoy much by themselves that taste good in recipes. This is what I love about raw.

I was not a big salad eater. I was always a warm food person. I did like spinach salads. On the raw food diet I enjoy so many more greens in my smoothies, juices, and soups. I go through a lot of greens weekly, including parsley, kale, cilantro, romaine, baby spinach, and celery. I don't think I had ever had kale until I started juicing it as one of my greens in my juices.

Yeah for raw foods!!
