even though raw foods are obviously the healthiest foods we can be eating, im finding there are still some that just dont make me feel good. particularly raw onions/cabbage (really bad bloating), cashews (itchy rashes allover me), excess coconut (nausea), sprouted chickpeas (nausea), high sugar fruits (mango, too many bananas at once) acne and oily skin, apples and pears (bloating).
so share yours!

Apples if I eat them alone. I have to eat them with a banana or with something else or they go through me like creamed-corn.

cashews....I'm not sure why but I don't feel like I should eat them
Yesterday...I ate marinated broccoli and mushrooms...
And ended up with it coming out both ends...for a long time...
NEVER AGAIN - I'm done with both.

I can not eat most fruits, almonds or pistachios. Avocados just gag me.

Combining avocadoes and tomatoes tends to bloat me....bummer because they taste so good together!

Cashews and bananas still make my head feel fuzzy... and I can't stand agave or nama shoyu!

Bananas are a huge problem with me. I can only eat them in the morning with other foods and only 1/2 small one. If I eat them in the afternoon or evening. I won't be able to sleep because of the burning sensation in my stomach and this is not just heart burn, it is down lower in my stomach. If I eat too many bananas in one day, I have gotten a migrane as well. I guess my body doesn't like them!!!

Kiwis..
I think I am actually allergic to them, since my mouth gets itchy. I tried them again in a fruit smoothie recently: same thing. So I guess...no kiwis for me! :(
Too much of anything. My body likes it all, as long as it's really raw... but too much or a bad mix is a nightmare. OK, maybe just annoying.

Sprouted beans, cabbage, raw veggies in excess (I do best with mostly fruit and greens...veggies give me BAD gas)

Broccoli, cauliflower & cabbage - they all make me burp tooooo much & I decided I don't like them anymore.....
I go in weird patterns too - eating the same thing everyday for weeks - then onto the next thing. I have barely eaten any fruit for the last couple weeks - just following what my body asks for. :D

I would have to say all nuts and seeds....right now.....I get bloated and it sets off my diverticulitis!
Grapes also do not agree with me sometimes, I can eat 3 and get this disgustingly full sugar overload feeling!

sprouted: rice, wild rice, wheat, rye, oats and all dried beans and peas.
Broccoli, although broccoli raab I like so much I stand out in the garden and eat it off the bush! :D It's related but much softer, so I imagine it has less tough fibers for me to deal with?
I love avocados, but I can't eat a whole one or I feel like I drank a bucket of oil.
