Freezing Fruit

OK, I did it again, I over-bought. This time its fruit. Bought a bunch to make a fruit salad for a pot luck, but bought way to much. I know I can freeze the peaches, nectarines, mangos and bananas. But what about things like cantaloupe, watermelon and honey dew? Any suggestions? What was I thinking??? :confused:

You can juice them and then freeze them. If you dont have a juicer just blend in vitamix and strain thru nut milk bag.

Use the Melons for the Salad and Freeze the Peaches etc. for yourself later. There are NO Rules for a Fruit Salad.
