LA people-- Free Yoga

Does anyone go to Runyon Canyon? They have free yoga daily from 10:30 am to 11:30 am and Monday through Thursday they have "sunset yoga" from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Great for those of us on a budget or those that have spent their last dime at whole foods during the week! Not to mention, it's a lovely hike if you have a dog.

Also-- I just bought a hula hoop and can already tell that this is going to be a workout! And a fun one at that!

I think another freebie. Not sure if this is LA and think so, but it's www.rainbeaumars.com. I know she was doing a free class and not sure if that is still the case. Maybe it was in Santa Monica, but check website for details.
