Liver Cleanse Question

I'm planning on doing the epsom salt/olive oil liver cleanse next weekend... but do I have to do anything in the days leading up to it? I thought I had read somewhere that I had to eat certain foods or drink some yucky stuff in the days ahead... but now I can't find it... does anyone know?
