I have pulp sitting in refrigerator close to 2 weeks. Still looks good. Gotta do a smell and taste test however. I made almond milk only with it plus strained it. If good, can I freeze it this way? I know I should dry it as the dehydrator is now on. Thanks.

WOW - that's pushing it. Two weeks? I personally would not use it.

ooooo, two weeks, I'd not use is either...
you can refrigerate or freeze leftover nut pulp if you do not decide to or are not able to dehydrate it, but I'd not store in the fridge for more than a couple days.

Thanks all. Out it goes sadly. Now that was 4 cups raw of almonds! Ouch, but I'm alive and going to live without chancing poisoning self or dying.
Thanks for keeping me on the right track.
