I would like some more bulk in my diet but because of allergies I cant have; wheat, barley, rye, buckwheat or oats or nuts. Flax get a bit boring in the long run ;)
Is it posible to substetute any of thouse grains with gluten free ones in recipes ? Is rolled millet or amarant raw ? can they be used in dehydratet breads ? maby sproutet ?
Any idears will be highly apreciatet :)

quinoa, millet, and raw rice (you can find it at DHCCARE.com )
buckwheat is gf so is there another reason you can't eat it? Beppa's corn chip recipe is awesome if you are looking for something that isn't a flax cracker.

Alissa's book has a sprouted rice recipe in it...plus a chart explaining how to spout all sorts of nuts and seeds.

cous cous is a pasta, so no, not raw...
if I put dry grains in a grain mill and then soak them over night is it still raw? and it can be eaten after soaking?

If I get what you're saying is if you partially grind them, then soak them are they still raw? Yes, I think they would be. You haven't altered them by heating...
thank You so much if anybody can give me a list of grains which are raw?
