Hello all,
I'm truepeacenik and I was turned onto the ides of raw by chef Greg (Greg's Greens) at a music fest two years ago.
been veg for 23 years. vegan as a cuisine, but no animal products for vanity (this means I've had a hard time dumping dairy)
Looking forward to a new journey.
and my dumb nooB question: I have a dehydrator, after a fashion (freecycle score, warped trays) Omega juicer, wheatgrass juicer and a killer knife set.
what other painfully expensive equipment should I put on the wish list?
I cook for three. they are omnis.
probably 80 percent raw in summer, 20 percent in winter.
