I used to visit this board quite often during my attempt at a raw foods diet more almost two years ago. My addiction to cooked food sadly won over and I strayed away from the boards, but now I'm back and ready to try once again! :)

I'm like you. Just started 100% raw...again. This is my first time using the support of this website. I am sure it will be just what we need.

I have also found that with each new start, I bring more tools with me to be more successful.
