Can someone offer me some advice? I tried to make the flatbread (from the flatbread pizza recipe in RFRW) and it was so dry, I had to add a lot of water instead of just a little. When I dehydrated the sheets and tried to cut them into squares, they crumbled really easily! What I'm left with is almost just snacking granola, which is fine, but I had intended to make the recipe like the photo, with stuff on top of the squares. I used zucchini instead of the yellow squash, but the rest of the recipe was the same.
Any help?

I've made several recipes from that book but never tried any of their breads....sorry. Although I'm making Ani Phyo's Black Sesame sunflower bread right now as I write. I love this flatbread. It's easy, uses basic ingredients, tastes good, you can make a hefty sandwich with it and best of all it doesn't crumble like granola. Sorry I'm not any help with your recipe but thought I'd mention one that has worked time and time again for me. Good Luck.
