Has anyone made Alissa's Mock Blue Cheese Dressing before?

If so, how was it? What did you think of the taste?

Blue Chesse Dressing was my main dressing before going raw vegan so I would love to recreate it.

Oooo I gotta try this! I used to LOVE Bleu Cheese dressing.. mmmm! Maybe to go with the celery and Alissa's chicken fingers, too.

You know what? This is gonna be my first recipe in my Recipe Challenge (see my thread) that I'm gonna try. I too LOVED bleu cheese dressing. And that would go awesome with Alissa's chick-un fingers! Thanks!!!

OK I made this today--really good! The only thing is, mine came out way too thick at first, kinda like play-doh consistancy. So I had to add alot more water to make it into a creamy dressing. But the taste is really yummy! I tried it on the RAWvolution onion bread.. mmmm!
