Thanks for posting this, I had photocopied this recipe (I have a business color copier for my home business and copy recipes from ym books to keep the books clean) from my copy of the book to make them and hadn't done them yet. I've just made them now after reading your post, it's hard not to eat them all fresh, I've just started dehydrating them.
