He is SO handsome!! And what a smarty pants!! ;)

I first found raw because of my son too. :) He is Asperger's and his holistic dentist recommended a change of diet for us both (I'm overweight AND severe ADD). The dentist is not all raw, but he recommended soaked almonds for B. and looking for info I found raw food. :)

I am currently breastfeeding a 7 month old and am afraid to do anything too drastic for fear of losing my milk supply. How old was your baby when you started? Wishing you continued health--Amy

I finally got some full body shots.

I cannot seem to find one of me standing for the before. But I think you get the idea. I was a heffer. And I didn't lose much weight after having the baby.

I am now up to 60 pounds lost.
