I love water!!! When I drink water, it feels like life is entering my body. It's amazing.
I grew up drinking tap water (my mom even fed me fluoridated tap water in my soy-based baby formula when I was an infant . . . ). I never liked drinking water and until I went raw, I was always dehydrated (without knowing it).
It feels so good to be hydrated and full of life! Now I drink the most delicious spring water ever and I love it!!! I drink about 70 ounces a day, otherwise I feel thirsty. I think I'm making up for 17 years of dehydration and maybe someday my need for water will be less. In the meantime, I'm loving that h2O!
If you're feeling bad, detox-ish, then I highly recommend taking a big chug of water. It's a miracle worker.

I feel so joyful and full of gratitude for water right now that I just had to share  .

I know what you mean cause I love water too ! There is nothing as refreshing as drinking some pure water. Last fall I started drinking the warm water instead of tea. I enjoy the refreshing taste of clean pure water cold or room temp or warm. H2O, simple and satisfying :)

Thanks for sharing Rawstrength! how are you???

i think there is a book by this title? talks about all the healing powers of water and how most "illnesses" are caused by dehydration and can be healed by simply rehydrating with water.

love your photographs...you are shining with health : )

YEAH! water is amazing !
its interesting how the taste of water varies from place to place.
the absolute BEST water i ever had was in Iceland!
WOW! that water was SOOO clean and pure ...it was sweet and mineraly all at the same time. SO delecious that i stopped ordering a beverage when i ate in resturants and had water instead.

now i live in the desert and there water is not good. i envy folks who live in places the water is wonderful.
