Hey everyone!
My name is Stefan and I'm from Stockholm, Sweden.
Currently living and working in Spain over the summer though.
I'm new here, and so excited to be a part of this RAW life-style!
I have been suffering from anxiety/blue feelings for about half my life now for no clear reason.
i'm so dang tired of it!
Just went of an anti-depressant, it just wasn't for me.
Also, I have tried alot of different nutritional supplements over the last couple years without any big success.
A few weeks ago i stumbled upon a raw food webpage... I did not need to read much.. The "before & after"-stories
are really convincing So i decided to try it right away!
Had maybe 4 oranges for dinner that same night, and literally within a few hours my mind felt different,
BETTER than before. It was a strange feeling of calmness, so soothing and unfamiliar to me... WOW! :)
So i left the darkness and began my journey into the light.
For two weeks i have been about 60% raw, a few days 100% raw. In september the aim is 90%!
I do feel alot better already. Fruit and vegetables seems to be such potent anti-depressants, it's amazing!
Yesterday i ordered pasta carbonara for lunch at work, BIG MISTAKE. I Felt bad all afternon. tired, and anxious,
didn't feel like talking to anyone..
And i've put on to much weight the last years for my liking. i used to be very athletic. I still train but it's not
much use when you eat potato chips afterwards! I'm looking forward to loosing a few lbs.
And what about the "glow-effect" i have been hearing about. Photoshop just doesn't cut it in real life... :D
