Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has had experience with someone losing alot of weight when they go raw- even though they were slim to begin with? example: someone with height 6'5 and normal weight of 190 dropping to 145.
I'm curious about the people you've helped and what helped them to gain weight so they are their 'natural' weight whatever that may be.

Thank you in advance for your assistance:)

That happened with my hubby, in just TWO weeks of being raw! He just upped his food intake, all food, not just fats or nuts or whatever, and within a few weeks, his body normalized out. He's not all raw right now though. He's military, and that happened while he was on leave. HTH!
