storing sprouts?

i am in the middle of my first sprouting experience! today is day 4 for my alfalfa sprouts...it says to sprout 5 days. i'm using a sprouting jar. after day 5 can i store the sprouts directly in the fridge in the jar? or do i remove all of the sprouts and place in the fridge? thanks for the help!

Make sure you rinse, rinse, rinse. And then yes, you can store in the fridge in the sprouting jar.
