Hey there, I went off the raw bandwagon 2wks ago - had surgery on my shoulder and my hubby has been treating me to fast food - now that I am feeling a little better - told him enough of that crap!
Bought some nice spinach oranges and peaches - made a lovely salad with nuts too. I hope this time I can stick to being raw - I know it makes my digestive system work alot more efficient. My only problem is if I start my day off with fruit - I could survive all day just eating that - than the weight goes up. I will try my best though. Take care from Etobicoke, Ontario

Good morning Goodlifegurl. I hope your shoulder heals quickly! Welcome back to raw! Maybe green smoothies would help you? Although I'm sure you already know the rawsomeness of them!!

If you keep up with the raw food you WILL heal quicker. You, by eating fast food crap are eating foods with NO enzymes, thus having to tap into your body's supply of enzymes. When one eats raw foods that come with their own supply of enzymes, to help aid in digestion? One's body can use it's supply to heal one's self!

So, in other words - EAT RAW!!!!!!!!!
