Hey guys, well for the past two weeks since I've started this diet, I've been about 70% to 80% raw. The only raw food I've been able to really eat is just fruits and salad, I made some fruit smoothies, but I want to have a more diverse cuisine which is the only thing that is holding me back from being 100% raw.

So do ya'll have any one week plans (food for every day of the week and recipes)? I want to be able to prepare my food and not go to the store every day to find something that I have on a recipe.

I have the Raw Foods Bible, it has tons of recipes, but no planning of what I should do for a week, I plan on getting the things I need today for doing the "raw macaroni and cheese" that it has, but I wish I could get a list of recipes that have a weeks supply of ingredience and recipes so I can get all this figured out.

Oh btw, I've lost five pounds acording to my super el' cheapo scale that I have in the bathroom. Tomorrow I'm going to go to the doctors office and find out what I really wiegh and see the comparrison to my previous wieght.

Any help is greatly appreciated, I really want to make this work.

Hey Jimmy,

I personally do not have a weekly meal plan laid out or anything, but Alissa's book Living on Live Food has tons of recipes AND a laid out meal plan for a whole month actually - plus great info, inspiration, success stories/before-n-afters, etc.. She even lists what you'll need to shop for each week based on the meals she lists.

But until you get it, you can also just make a list of the recipes you like or are interested in trying (we have SO many here in our recipe forum alone) and then kinda make out a meal plan for the week. What you want to eat for breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and dessert. It takes a little time to sit down and plan it, but it's not too difficult to do. ;) But yeah, highly suggest getting a copy of Living on Live Food...that book is probably one of the most comprehensive and complete guides out there...it ought to be seeing it weighs "a ton"!!

Oh...and congrats on your weight loss!

I suggest getting Alissa's book as it has menus and grocery lists for doing 30 days raw. Her recipes are really easy to make. What equipment do you have?? In the meantime you could do some tacos in romaine, cabbage, or collard leaves. There is a recipe in this link

Here are a few of my favorite recipes

I Second that. Alissa's book is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is the only raw book I own, but I feel like it is the only one I will ever need, because it has the most awesome information and recipes in it.
