Raw @ 20 before and after~2 months & 6-8 months

Hello all~

I didn't even know the raw lifestyle existed until a year ago! It is really encouraging to know we can age with grace and beauty as opposed to going the very predictable route of the SAD.

Seeing all of your beautiful pics really ingrains the proof of this lifestyle. Below are two before pics, then in order at 2 months, 6 months, and 8 months.

I hope these can add to all the inspiring photos here that serve as motivation to stay on board for when anyone gets the urge to go back to their old lifestyle.

I am now 26 and look much better than I did at 20???

I want to steal your entire raw diet sketch and try it in hopes I can get such a gorgeous tan myself...muahahaha!!! ;)

I'm convinced that tans are the ONLY thing raw food CAN'T give - I've been so stoked to notice that I, too, at age 23 look healthier and more beautiful on raw food than I did as a 16 yr old... or even a 21 yr old!!

I guess you can't tell so much in the pics but I lost about 15 pounds I think. And the tan is from living in Central America, although I slather on sunscreen every day and try to hide from it but it's impossible~

It's good to look at the pics on this thread because it reminds us why we do this. How good we feel on the inside shines on the outside!

If I could just give one quick shred of advice, your toxic friends will be the ones who make fun of you and try to get you to eat cookies and french fries--Don't listen to them!! Your real friends will encourage you or just act normal when they eat around you. I know if I would have listened to 99% of my friends' comments I would never be where I'm at today. Luckily this Raw Food Talk is full of good friends!

Simply gorgeous. And great words of advise on the toxic friends. Family too... My family is that way. So I don't talk to them about food and since they live 5 hours away its convenient that I don't have to eat around them. =]
