I did my first salt water flush this morning...it was an interesting experiment, but very productive (I won't go into details!). I'm wondering how often I can/should do this? I really want to up my detoxing rate and I've been very badly bloated lately. I'm trying to gear myself up for a fast...but in the meantime, thought I could do little things like this. Is this part of anyone's regular health regiment?

If I'm not mistaken there is quite a bit of discussion about this topic on the fasting thread, you could try a banana search. I remember reading an article once of a guy that did it every morning, but I would imagine it would depend on how your body responds. Good luck!

Yes, there is a thread in the fasting section.
I'll just add you want to be careful with the SWF because it flushes your entire colon (small & large intestine)...including healthy flora and the bacteria you want to stick around for digestive purposes in the small intestine. It's not something you want to do often. Perhaps only when you're doing the master cleanse, a similar juice fast or are experiencing constipation or bloat.
And even after a short or long fast where you've used the SWF daily, it's recommended to take probiotics/digestive enzymes with solid food to restore the flora to the intestines.

If you are trying to cleanse, you might want to look into the Master Cleanse. It is an easy fast/cleanse which includes doing SWF too.
