I have a lovely recipe for goddess chips made with kale. Is there anything else that you can make them with other than kale or collards or mustard/turnip greens?

I'm feeling the dressing. It is delicious. Hadn't considered jicama. Wouldn't spinach be too soft to make proper chips?

It makes very thin brittle chips - but tasty. Swiss Chard works well if a little chewy - maybe just needed longer in the dehydrator.
