In the book, Raw Food Life Force Energy by Natalia Rose, I think she talks about eating raw goat cheese and maybe raw goat milk. I'm pretty sure she includes it in her diet.

I just heard this really interesting podcast the other day about how raw milk was used in the past to prevent or cure (can't remember which) tuberculosis. And, since now it is of course pasturized, it no longer works.
They also talked about how good it tastes, and that it was a good substitute if mothers cannot nurse.
And how you can buy it right now in Caliornia, but there is some bill being proposed to ban it, and they were, of course, against that ban.
Obviously, do you own research on it, but I found the info interesting.

Just so you all know, Raw Food Talk is based on the vegan/vegetarian raw foods diet...not the paleo-type raw food diet so we do not advocate or get into discussions about raw dairy, eggs, or meat here. Sorry...thanks!
