I've read a few things that say drinking parsley tea can help bring on your period. Has anyone done this? Does it just bring it on once... or will it help to regulate it? Anyone know?
I haven't had my period since April and while I'm not extremely worried about it now... my bigger fear is that it may mess up my ability to get pregnant when the time comes.
I'm 36 and already worried that my biological clock is ticking faster than my boyfriend's time to get married clock!

I have an 11 page pdf document on the subject that I can send to you if you message me your email. Basically it talks about how the more natural/raw you are the less or less likely you will menstruate. It references women who are raw and don't bleed but still ovulate and conceive.

My periods had gotten lighter and for a while I didn't get them at all. Then I slipped up and got off the raw/vegan thing and they came back. Now that I am back on 100% they are much lighter. I am hoping they will go away completely again.

I am 29 and have yet to test the theory of ovulating without a period. I will most likely be trying to conceive in a year or two and from my research I am not concerned about the lack of bleeding. But I won't be able to tell you for sure if it is an issue until then.
