It was real. They artist does clandestine work. He and some cohorts find a billboard in a major city and at night put up his artwork. There are plenty others. The authorities don't always find it amusing and neither does McDonalds.

hahaha this is great. now it makes more sence to me- i wouldn't understand how such a thing would be "officially" allowed

I can see why McDonald's would not appreciate that ad.
I'd like to see some more pro-health / pro raw foods art and ads.

I think it's priceless. I don't find it amusing how McCrap's is killing people. Not to mention the torture the animals go through.
Anyone read "Fast Food Nation" by Eric Schlosser? A must read.

I agree that McDonald's is nasty food but the billboards are tacky.

I love them. As a long time animal rights activist and vegan, I've been involved with things like this and have done A LOT of protesting at places like McDonald's esp. when they were building one inside the local Children's Hospital. Staff came outside and thanked us as they thought it was nuts. It didn't work and children can now get chemo AND a burger at the same place.

That is amazing! They take chemo which whacks out the bodie's natural defense mechanism, then they drink Happy Meal sodas loaded with sugar which feeds all the germs etc. which the body cannot fight off due to the chemo, then the germs take over their host (the child) and the host dies not from the cancer but from infections.
This very thing happened to a very young friend of mine. I told him over and over not to drink anything with sugar in it after he had chemo. When I visited him he had an unlimited amount of Coca Cola and was drinking it as he was dying, not from the cancer but from the infection of the germs that had overtaken his body. I didn't have the heart to tell him "I told you so." He died that day, sad to say.
