That's pretty much the only time I get to work out. Is it generally better to work out at any particular time?

a lot of research or exercise "experts" would say that early morning is the best...but do what you can when you can......lately I go to the gym at 10 p.m....

do what's best for you and keep it rawkin'

Hmmm...thanks. Maybe I can sneak in a few minutes in the morning.

Gotta do what's best for you... exercising at night is great but forgot to mention... if you're like me, you have to be careful about how much (how intense) you do...It charges me up and I often return home around midnight or shortly after and cannot go to sleep for hours-throws off my day routine a bit when this happens but my body loves (seems to help my body digest faster when I do finally go to sleep)

An article I read said one of the best times of day for exercise is around 6pm because that's when your hormone levels and body temperature peaks. I'd rather exercise in the evening or at night anyways because I'm a "night owl" :)
